30-Day Return Window

  • The item must be in original, unopened packaging with all accessories and documentation
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened software licenses and digital downloads
  • Custom-configured or special-order hardware
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Products with broken manufacturer seals

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Report within 5 business days of delivery
  • Email: info@etekdepot.com with order number and photos
  • We will arrange replacement or full refund at no cost
  • Manufacturer warranty claims handled separately

Return Process

  1. Contact our team at info@etekdepot.com or 844-412-3835 (ETEK)
  2. Receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
  3. Ship item back in original packaging with RMA number clearly marked
  4. Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receipt

Refund Method

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • B2B net-term accounts: credit applied to account balance
  • Shipping costs non-refundable unless item is defective or incorrect
