eTekDepot LLC operates as a technology reseller and B2B e-commerce supplier. Orders may be fulfilled directly by eTekDepot or through authorized distributors, manufacturers, suppliers, or third-party fulfillment partners.

Product availability depends on supplier, distributor, and manufacturer inventory levels. Availability shown on our website may change without notice.

Orders may ship from third-party distributor warehouses or supplier fulfillment locations. Cancellations or order changes may not be possible once fulfillment has started.

3. Shipping and Delivery Delays Disclaimer

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

eTekDepot LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, distributor backlogs, manufacturer delays, weather events, incorrect addresses, freight delays, supply-chain disruptions, customs delays, or other events outside our control.

Shipping delays do not automatically entitle buyers to refunds, credits, or compensation unless required by law or approved in writing by eTekDepot.

4. International Shipments Disclaimer

Our automated checkout currently supports domestic United States shipping.

International buyers, exporters, freight forwarders, and cross-border customers must contact eTekDepot directly for manual review and a custom shipping quote.

International buyers are responsible for import compliance, customs clearance, duties, brokerage fees, taxes, restrictions, and any local legal requirements.

eTekDepot reserves the right to refuse international shipment requests based on product restrictions, distributor limitations, manufacturer rules, export controls, destination country, fraud risk, or carrier availability.

5. Billing, Surcharges, and Bulk Orders

We may accept approved payment methods shown at checkout, which may include credit cards, debit cards, ACH, wire transfer, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or other supported payment methods.

Additional fees, surcharges, or payment requirements may apply only when clearly disclosed at checkout, on a quote, or on an invoice.

Bulk orders, high-value orders, special-order products, and custom quotes may require manual approval before processing.

Wire transfer, ACH, or other approved payment methods may be required for certain bulk, B2B, international, high-value, or custom-quoted orders.

We do not enforce a minimum order quantity for standard online purchases unless stated on a product page, quote, or invoice.

eTekDepot reserves the right to cancel, hold, or revise an order if pricing, product availability, distributor cost, shipping cost, or product data changes before fulfillment.

All transactions may be subject to fraud screening, address verification, payment verification, or manual review before fulfillment.

6. Sales Tax Policy

Sales tax is calculated and collected where required by law.

We use Shopify Tax and related tools to help calculate applicable sales tax at checkout. Shopify states that its tax tools can automatically handle many common sales tax calculations, but merchants remain responsible for reviewing obligations and settings.

Tax rates may be based on the buyer’s shipping destination, applicable state and local tax rules, and eTekDepot’s tax registrations or collection obligations.

We currently collect sales tax in Arizona and in any other jurisdiction where eTekDepot is legally required to collect tax.

If tax is not collected at checkout, buyers may be responsible for reporting and paying applicable use tax according to their state or local rules.

Eligible tax-exempt, reseller, government, or nonprofit buyers must submit valid exemption documentation before purchase or before the order is processed. Tax exemption requests are subject to review and approval.
