By accessing etekdepot.com, shop.etekdepot.com, or placing an order with eTekDepot LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself, your company, or the organization you represent.

Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

eTekDepot reserves the right to:

• Correct pricing, product, inventory, or listing errors
• Limit quantities
• Cancel or refuse any order
• Request additional verification before processing an order
• Change or discontinue products without notice

Product images, descriptions, specifications, and availability are provided for reference and may vary by manufacturer, distributor, or supplier. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information but do not guarantee that all product data is complete, current, or error-free.

B2B, bulk, and quote-based pricing may be requested by contacting info@etekdepot.com.

Orders and Payment

Orders are accepted once payment is successfully processed or approved credit terms are confirmed by eTekDepot.

We may accept payment by credit card, ACH, wire transfer, or approved B2B net terms. Net-30 or net-60 terms are available only for qualified and approved business accounts.

Sales tax will be collected where required by law.

eTekDepot may cancel or hold orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, incorrectly priced, unavailable, restricted, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, delivery estimates, and restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. eTekDepot is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, distributors, manufacturers, weather, incorrect addresses, customs, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss generally transfers once the order is released to the carrier, distributor, manufacturer, or fulfillment partner.

Freight, oversized, international, and high-value orders may require additional confirmation before processing.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

All returns require prior approval and an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender.

Special-order, quote-based, custom-configured, software, digital, opened, final-sale, refurbished, or distributor-restricted items may not be eligible for return.

Warranty Disclaimer

Products may include manufacturer warranties where applicable. eTekDepot is a reseller and is not the manufacturer or warranty provider unless expressly stated in writing.

Warranty claims may need to be handled directly through the manufacturer, publisher, or authorized service provider.

Software, licenses, subscriptions, and digital products are subject to the applicable publisher’s license terms, EULAs, activation rules, and restrictions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eTekDepot’s liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

eTekDepot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, business interruption, downtime, replacement labor, or procurement delays.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, images, graphics, logos, product organization, and other materials are the property of eTekDepot LLC, its licensors, suppliers, or manufacturers.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

Business and Reseller Orders

For B2B, reseller, bulk, export, or quote-based orders, additional terms may apply, including minimum order quantities, lead times, payment requirements, freight confirmation, cancellation restrictions, and manufacturer or distributor limitations.

eTekDepot reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or modify quote-based orders before fulfillment.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise required by law.
